How long will it take for my order to reach me?
All orders received by 4pm will be shipped the same day and should reach the delivery destination the next day by 6:00pm. As delivery will be by courier a signature will be required. If there is no one present at the delivery address, the courier will make 2 further attempts to deliver your goods. A calling card should be left with details of when and where to pick up your goods. In the rare instance that the courier company cannot locate your order please contact us at info@chromeandblack.com stating your name, address and order number.
How much will the shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated according to the delivery postcode and weight of the goods being shipped. When ordering online you will see a calculation of weight during the various shopping cart stages. If there is a problem with the shipping destination or the system fails to calculate your shipping then contact us at info@chromeandblack.com (00 44 0 207 033 4029) and we can arrange alternate payment and delivery options.

Can I get an invoice if I have not logged into my account?
Yes, your payment confirmation email is also a full VAT receipt.
Can I order to countries outside the UK?
Yes Chrome & Black Ltd can ship to most international locations, however additional costs for shipping will be applied by the courier company. International delivery times can vary. Additional import taxes can be charged by customs authorities in countries outside the UK. Chrome & Black Ltd have no control over these charges. Contact us at info@chromeandblack.com for shipping information for your international order.
I don’t have a PayPal account – how can I pay using my Credit/Debit card?
It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to use PayPal as the payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards which are processed securely via Stripe and Paypal. Payment by credit or debit card option can be found at the checkout stage. We take online security very seriously and to ensure we provide you with a safe and secure environment.
How secure are my personal details?
At Chrome and Black Ltd we value your privacy & confidentiality. Chrome and Black do not store or have access to any customer credit/debit card details used by any customer at any time on chromeandblack.com. Credit/Debit card details are processed through a secure site (Paypal) at no extra charge to the customer and these details are never seen or stored by Chrome & Black Ltd.
What If a product is defective/faulty?
For defective spray cans, if the can is less than ¾ full we will not replace it. For defective/faulty products send them clearly labelled with return address and order number back to us. Unless a product is faulty or defective we cannot refund or accept it as a returned item.
What is the retuns policy on clothing?
Clothing items may be returned if there is a fault with the item or if it doesn’t fit. They will be exchanged with something better suited, for no extra charge if the product was sent back in it’s original packaging with all tags still attached. If clothing appears to be worn and is not in it’s original state, the item will not be exchanged. For an exchange you must notify us as soon as possible and items must be returned to us within 14 days of the original date of the order. We do not do refunds.

A replacement will be sent out the following working day at no extra charge. If you want to return an item it you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. You must send us the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods or we will not be able to replace the item. When you contact us to return an item we will give you a returns number which you must quote in all correspondance along with name/address.
My order did not arrive or is delivered late?
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit we will replace this once UPS has confirmed the details regarding your shipment. Once an order has been shipped by Chrome and Black it becomes the responsibility of the customer to take up any issues with UPS using the tracking number provided. If the tracking number indicates that your package has been received or delivery has been attempted we will not be able to replace this order. Our shipper should leave a card after 3 attempts to deliver the package. This card will have details of where you can go to pick up your package for up to 1 week after the attempted delivery date. Failure to pick up your package will result in the package being sent back to us and you having to pay for shipping again and or replacement of goods purchased if damadged during return transit. If your order is received after the specified UPS delivery period customers will need to liase with UPS directly using their UPS tracking number. Chrome and Black does not accept responsibility for any goods once they have been shipped.

Click and Collect: Items purchased using the ‘Pick up in store’ online service must be picked up in store within 5 working days of purchase. If an order is not collected within that time period, the purchased items will be returned to our central distribution center. After this we will charge a re-stocking fee of £5 upon collection. Customers are required to provide their order number, name used for order and email used for order at the time of collection before goods can be released. All refunds for items purchased through click and collect for any reason which are not collected must be claimed within 28 days of purchase date, after this period no refunds will be issued for any reason. Chrome and Black will accept no liability for refunding items purchased through chromeandblack.com which are not collected within the 28 days period. Chrome and Black will make no attempt to contact pick up in store customers who have not collected their order, it is the customers responsibility to collect their order within the time frame specified above. Any pick up in store orders which have gone back on the shelf must be picked up between Monday and Friday (NO WEEKENDS). Chromeandblack.com and Chrome and Black LTD accept no liability for pick up in store orders which are purchased using an unauthorized Paypal account or Credit/debit card, it is the customers responsibility to safeguard access to their accounts. All Pick Up In Store orders will only be authorized with a photo id, without a photo id that matches the person picking up orders will not be released.
