How long will it take for my order to reach me?
All orders received by 3pm will be shipped the same day and should reach the delivery destination the next day by 5.30pm.� As delivery will be by courier a signature will be required. If there is no one present at the delivery address, a calling card will be left with details of when and where to pick up your goods. In the rare instance that the courier company cannot locate your order please contact us at [email protected] stating your name, address and order number.
How much will the shipping cost?
Currently we have one shipping cost of �9.99 for up to 30kg. When ordering online you will see a calculation of weight during the various shopping cart stages. If the weight of your order exceeds 30kg then contact us [email protected] and we can arrange alternate payment and delivery options.
Why have I been asked to pay extra for shipping?
If you order is sent by Courier then an �extended area surcharge� will apply if the delivery address is to one of the following postcodes.

Can I order to countries outside the UK?
Yes Chrome & Black Ltd can ship to most international locations, however additional costs for shipping will be applied by the courier company. International delivery times can vary. Additional import taxes can be charged by customs authorities in countries outside the UK. Chrome & Black Ltd have no control over these charges. �I don�t have a PayPal account � how can I pay using my Credit/Debit card?
It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to use PayPal as the payment method. If you click on the PayPal payment button at the website checkout you will be directed to the PayPal login screen. Here you will see text on the left hand side �Don�t have a PayPal Account? No Problem� � this facility will allow you to use your credit/debit card for payment without logging in to a PayPal account.
How secure are my personal details?
At Chrome and Black Ltd we value your privacy & confidentiality. Under no circumstances will we share our buyer�s information with a third party without prior consent. Credit/Debit card details are processed through a secure site (Paypal) at no extra charge to the customer and these details are never seen or stored by Chrome & Black Ltd.�
If a product is defective/faulty?
If a product has been worn (clothing) or opened (DVD�s) or not in the same condition as when we shipped them to you, then an exchange will not be possible. For defective spray cans, if the can is less than � full we will not replace it. For defective/faulty products send them clearly labelled with return address and order number back to us:

A replacement will be sent out the following working day at no extra charge. If you want to return an item it you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. You must send us the goods within 1 week of receipt of the goods or we will not be able to replace the item. When you contact us to return an item we will give you a returns number which you must quote in all correspondance along with name/address.
My order didn�t get to me?
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit we will replace this for you free of charge. If the tracking number indicates that your package has been received we will not be able to replace this order.
